Pricing
$25 per linear foot per season-front to back of item, including trailer
$250 per season pallet storage- 4 foot wide X 12 foot long X 4 foot high. Any items that can be secured on this space.
$100-$200 cleaning fee if items not brought in clean, excluding road dust en route to ASO.
Reservations will be secured upon payment in full or with a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be credited toward the full payment.
All cancellations for reservation will require a 30 day notice. Less than a 30 day notice, APO will invoice the customer/client of full payment.

All items stored must be paid in full upon drop-off. All clients/customers are responsible for insuring their items.
All items stored with ASO must arrive clean. A $100-$200 cleaning fee(based on size and condition) will be charged for any items if not brought in clean, excluding road dust/dirt/mud from roads en route to ASO. Those items will be cleaned by ASO staff at no charge.
We will NOT provide any winterizing/summerizing of items. This is the owners responsibility.
Payment options-cash or check only. No credit cards or digital platforms ie: venmo, pay pal etc. Payment is required in full upon or before drop-off.
All drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment with a 48 hour notice.
All items will be parked on cement apron upon drop-off. ASO staff will park/position items in storage shed based on first in/first out requests. Under NO circumstances will any customer be allowed to position or park any items in the interior of the storage building.
All customers/clients will be required to sign a release of liability/hold harmless clause releasing ASO of any insurance claims/responsibilities.
Per conditional use permit of Douglas County NO items, including trailers will be stored outside of the storage building.
All customers/clients will be required to notify ASO of approximate drop-off/pick-up dates so ASO staff can position items accordingly in the storage building and have items available for pick up.
All unclaimed items will become property of ASO if not claimed after 30 days past requested pick up date. If client does not pick up item by the end of the storage season they will be charged for the next full storage season. Legal fees and notifications will be paid by client if they choose to surrender their item.
